Overview
GlobuleTech helps you quickly meet your communication and user management needs through our hosted application called the GlobuleTech Tools. These tools are a highly customizable set of modules that provide functionality to various types and levels of organizations. Offered in a hosted environment to facilitate the ease of set-up, maintenance and support costs, the GlobuleTech Tools bring together many functions that are offered in separate stand-alone products into a single integrated application suite. From the start of your project, to go-live, to post-launch support, the GlobuleTech team is there to help!

Each Client is Unique
At GlobuleTech we treat each client individually. Each of our clients uses our common set of tools, but it is in the way that they are configured, and which modules they enable where wide variations occur. GlobuleTech caters our solution and pricing to meet the specific needs of your organization - not forcing a 'cookie-cutter' approach. Generally, GlobuleTech clients come from one of three backgrounds:

1. User Group and Association Online Communications - For user groups and association customers the GlobuleTech Tools act as the secure "Members-Only" portion of their website. Here the organization manages the membership database and all communications with their members and between members.
2. Corporate Client Networks - You can use the GlobuleTech Tools to provide a secure customer-only area for your organization. These sites enable customers to contact each other as well as key contacts within your organization. Providing your customers this type of site makes them more productive, and allows you to extend your current relationship with them even further.
3. Intranets and Project Teams - For GlobuleTech intranet and project team customers, our software provides a secure website where employees can share ideas, receive and share information and provide feedback to the company. Generally these are driven by a need to have a solution quickly with as little IT support as possible.

Account Management
GlobuleTech prides itself on customer service. It is not uncommon for our clients to rave about the services that we offer and how we have "gone over and above the call of duty". To that end, each of our clients has a direct Account Manager they can talk to when they have questions. These people are not just a voice on the phone -- our Account Managers attend customer meetings, conferences and conference calls based on your needs. They work with each client to help them achieve their communication goals through the application, and share "best practices" learned from other clients and industry expertise. Our goal is for our account manager to become a valuable member of your "team".
